Hammock/The Fountainhead - Mixtape Outro
64 plays

Layered a speech and a lovely instrumental by the band Hammock to put on a mixtape for a dear friend of mine.  Incredibly powerful message that I thought you guys might enjoy.

I know it’s been a while, but I stopped having fun.  I started living for others.  I’m working on changing that and on the new record.

Oh, and that’s the album art for the new record.  Whenever it comes out.

Love you, guys.

Important update video will be posted later this week along with a special musical surprise just for you guys!  It’s not a song from the new record, but hopefully you guys will enjoy it.

\\ soon, time children //

Teaser?

Here’s a little lyrical peak at one of the songs from the new record.

VERSE
Here we are, on broken ground,
our feelings masked in glass,
enough to see, but too far - to feel.

CHORUS:
And i —- couldn’t feel a thing,
after what you said to me.
And i —- held on to,
the other you, the one i always knew.
And i —- lost you.
But you lost me too.

VERSE
All i can see, are words beneath,
we never had the courage, to speak.
Wondering still, cold and blank it feels,
but the wound will heal.

CHORUS

BRIDGE
Your ghost, sleeps above my bed,
and inside my head.
Your ghost, haunts my every move,
reminds me of you.

CHORUS x2

Thoughts?

Sorry we’ve been quiet.  But not for much longer.

A teaser for the new EP will be up next week!  Who wants me to do a live stream of me recording everything?!

Not Yet Content was produced by Blake Harnage of VersaEmerge and has all the punch you’d expect from a pop-rock song such as this. It expands on it’s pop foundation with crunchy, mysterious guitars and confident lyrics.

The vocal delivery from Amber Bailey is nothing short of stellar, her nearest…
